Health

Health involves several factors that contribute to a person's state of vigor and longevity of life. Physical fitness, nutrition, good quality of life, psychological well-being, all contribute to the general health of a person, as well as aid in preventing illness and disease. In addition, certain gender-based, genetic, and environmental factors make maintaining health and longevity something that cannot be guaranteed.

No one can be certain how long he or she will live, but that does not (and should not) prevent us from working to be healthy and well, in order to enjoy a higher standard of life. By taking steps through fitness, good nutrition, and maintaining psychological health, a person can enjoy life and get the most out of it, without regrets at the end.
